Carnival Vista – Day 9 – Debarkation and Flying Home
The sad time of any cruise…debarkation. We rent a 12 passenger van, go to Cocoa Beach and Disney Springs before we fly home.

An eerie start to the morning at sea followed by just plain old reading and napping. We ended our cruise with one last gathering in the Atrium.
Last port day and we took a drive on some ATVs, took in some beautiful scenery, lost some of our crew, got some beach time, and had a fun evening together.
Lots of things going on this day including winning $200, champagne, Elegant Night, Feast Night, and 80s Glow Party.
A great island excursion full of amazing views.
First port day and we went to an great beach, saw an amazing sunset, and and enjoyed a rare dinner at a port.
A low key sea day that would get quite warm and lead us to a game of corn hole and looking off the front of the ship
A very fun first day at sea started off relaxing then ramped up throughout the day.
The beginning of another excellent cruise starts with an early morning, embarkation, a delayed sail away, and a fun start to our vacation.
Before our cruise we take part in our usual day of travel as we attempt to get to Florida
All told, 2,123 miles and around $250 in gas spent for the trip but a life time of memories for sure
Grand Prismatic was first along the way and there is two places to view it. Either you park in the parking lot or along the road and take the boardwalk to walk right up to it, or you walk a little farther to the Fairy Falls Trail parking lot and view it from above. Both areas were really full so we decided to move on to Old Faithful.
We start the ascent up Beartooth. Red Lodge’s elevation is 5,568 feet so we begin our one mile vertical climb to 10,987 feet at the top of the pass.
I remember going to Yellowstone back when I was a teenager. I hadn’t been there in over 25 years but I loved the beauty of the mountains and the bit of mystery that surrounds the hot springs and geysers of Yellowstone. I had always known it was a place I wanted to take my kids some day
Carnival Magic – Day 6 – At Sea, Green Eggs & Ham, sweating on deck, and winning a Hairy Chest Competition
